All authors are required to upload their papers to online submission system, so please make sure to prepare your paper in PDF format.
Please upload your paper into the online system directly. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.

Submitted papers will be reviewed by both the Technical Program Committee and peer review process.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission. If you are sure you made a submission, please check your status on the online submission system.
Full Paper/Presenation/Poster Session Guidelines
You can choose a format - Full Paper, Presentation File or Poster sessions formats as the Final Manuscript. (Presentation File – 2 slides in 1 page)
Poster sessions can only be submitted for new papers, and existing papers cannot be changed in their presentation format. (Poster sessions are only available for those who submitted abstracts after July 20.)
Depending on the operating situation, the judges may change the presentation format. (The poster session may be changed to an oral presentation, and you will be notified by email if there is a change.)
Poster sessions must submit the final presentation materials online upon passing the screening.
How to Submit a Full Paper
After completing your registration (including payment of the registration fee), navigate to the "Abstract Submission/Status" page. Click on the title of your submitted abstract Scroll to the bottom and select the green 'Modify' button In the 'Final Paper' section, upload your file under the 'Full Paper' category Ensure the 'I agree' checkbox is selected, and then click the 'Submit' button.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted prior to 13 September, 2024.
Abstract should be written 1 or 2 pages, Full paper should be written between 8 to 10 pages, and oral presentation will be given in 20 minutes(including Q&A time)
Please ensure that the presenter of each accepted papers must complete their registration fee
Otherwise the paper will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings publication.
