Preparation
- A computer will be prepared for presentation to avoid wasting time to switching personal computers. We do not recommend to use your own laptop unless your presentation requires any special software or/and hardware.
- If you have to use your own laptop, you need to prepare your own HDMI connection for the case your laptop would not be connected to our HDMI connection.
- The presenter must come and sit 30 minutes before the start of the session in a seat with a nameplate marked as a speaker located in front of the conference hall.
- If your presentation file contains video or audio, please check for any technical issues in advance.
