Guideline for Registration
Pre-Registration : By 18 October (Fri)
All participants are required to register through the ‘2024 APAC 22’ online registration system.
Participants are advised to register in advance by 18 October (Fri) 23:59 (Korea Standard Time).
Please read the following registration guidelines carefully.

- "Speaker" is limited to those giving an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. If you are not presenting, please register as "Regular."
- Condition of Member
1. KSAE(The Korean Society of Automotive Engineers) Membership.
2. FISITA members including APAC(Asia Pacific Automotive Engineering Conference) Membership.
3. SAE International Membership - Accompanying Person is for spouses and significant others only and does not apply to co-workers or associates within the industry.
- If student wish to attend the Gala dinner, please make a separate payment during the registration process.

By Credit Card
- Credit card payments can only be made through the online registration system.
- Registrants are responsible for any credit card service charges.
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the APAC 22 online payment system.
- If you cannot charge the pre-registration fee to your credit card, please contact the APAC 22 Secretariat.

By Bank Transfer
- Please transfer funds to the specified account below. The sender's name MUST BE identical to the registrant's name.
- All fees associated with the bank remittance are the responsibility of the registrant.
- To confirm your payment, please email the remittance slip to "info@apac22.org".
- The secretariat will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the full payment within one week.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
- Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (info@apac22.org).
- 2024 APAC 22 will refund registration fees to prepaid participants based on the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed according to the following methods based on your payment type:
- For online credit card payments: Refunds will be issued by canceling the card payment.
- For bank transfers: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the end of 2024 APAC 22.
Please provide your bank account details to the secretariat by email.
- All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
- Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
